Portofoliile de activitate sunt de multa vreme folosite de artisti, arhitecti sau scriitori spre a-si aduna creatiile. Utilizarea lor in profesii neartistice este de data mult mai recenta. Prin analogie, portofoliul de invatare

Reprezinta documentarul activitatii desfasurate in vederea perfectionarii profesionale.

Este creat si mentinut de-a lungul intregii cariere, in stransa relatie cu planurile de studiu individual.

Reprezinta o modalitate de planificare si structurare a activiatii profesionale.

Este resursa de reflectie asupra implinirilor, modului in care acestea au fost realizate si directiilor de desvoltare ulterioara.

Continut si forma

Data fiind multitudinea de contexte, profesiuni si utilizari, portofoliile de activitate pot fi extrem de divers construite. In formele generice sunt incluse colectii largi de documente sau materiale:

note asupra materialelor studiate

scrisori

cazuistica

rezultate ale activitatii clinice (statistici, analize,etc)

diplome

proiecte

lucrari stiintifice

publicatii

brevete de inventii

inregistrari video

opere artistice, etc.

Alte protofolii se pot constitui in selectii a unor matriale reprezentative, adunate intr-un scop specific.

Materialele incluse in portofoliul de activitate trebuie sa fie

autentice (produse personal sau referitoare la activitatea personala)

valide (de natura sa certifice activitatea si performantele realizate)

sufiecent de recente (pentru a documenta perseverenta in efortul de desvolotare profesionala).

Portofoliile difera prin gradul lor de structurare si masura in care sunt desvoltate

dupa preferinte individuale, conform unor criterii prestabilite de anumite foruri instituitonale sau organisme profesionale.

Indiferent de modul in care sunt construite, majoritatea portofoliilor de activitate profesionala si desvoltare continua contin materiale referitoare la

Experienta anterioara a individului, evenimente si impliniri memorabile, realizari deosebite.

Cunostinte si ablitati psihomotorii si afective asimilate, cu semnificatie pentru competenta si performanta actuala si ulterioara.

Exemple ale modulului in care noile competente au fost/sunt utilizate in cresterea performatei profesionale si ameliorarea calitatii activitatii desfasurate.

Directii ulterioare de desvoltare si perfectionare si planul de realizare a acestora.

Majoritatea celor care incep sa-si constituie un portofoliu de activitate profesionala au nevoie de o indrumare. Indurmarea este deseori necesara si pentru cei mai expermentati, atunci cand elaboreaza protofolii in acord cu anumite cerinte institutionale sau cand portofoliile vor fi evaluate de examinatori externi. Pentru studenti suportul poate fi oferit de mentor sau tutore, in functie de specificul domeniului, nevoile individuale si scopul pentru care portofoliul este elaborat. Pentru profesionisti angajati in activitatea de perfectionare suportul poate fi oferit de colegi constituiti intr-o echipa de lucru, persoane din conducerea instutiei sau experti in domeniu. Atunci cand portofoliul urmeaza sa fie supus unei evaluari exterioare este de preferat ca indrumarea sa fie facute de o persoana diferita de cea insarcinata cu evaluarea


Portofoliul de activitate in domeniul medical

In domeniul medical, desvoltarea medicala continua a fost in mod traditional considerata ca fiind o obligatie morala a individului de a se tine la curent cu evolutiile in profesie.

In prezent este in tot mai mare masura structurata pe baza unor unor standarde si criterii, elaboraate de catre organizatiile profesionale si organismele institutionale de acreditare.

O modalitate larg utilizata pentru reacreditare este documentarea participarii la un anumit numar de ore de pregatire in activitati de perfectioanare formale (cursuri, conferinte, etc.).

In aceste forme de pregatire programul si continutul invatarii este deseori fara legatura cu experienta si nevoile de desvoltare profesionala ale cursantilor.

Participarea deseori pasiva la asemenea activitati este putin eficenta in cresterea competentei profesionale

Pentru ameliorarea activitatii de pregatire medicala continua tot mai multe organizatii profesionale si organisme instutionale solicita pentru angajare si reacreditare desvoltarea unor portofolii de activitate. Este incurajata desvoltarea planurilor de perfectionare si a portofoliilor printr-o activitate in echipa si in acord cu nevoile profesionale, instituitaonale si ale societatii . Se manifesta, de asemenea, tendinta de prescrie o anumita structura si criterii de organizare a protofoliilor, in acord cu obiectivele institutionale si standardele profesionale.

Chiar conceput conform unor criterii prescrise, protofoliul de pregatire profesionla trebuie sa ramana individual si unic, reprezentand personalitatea celui care il desvolta, interesele si nevoile de desvoltare ale acestuia.

Evaluare

Datorita caracterului personal si individual al protofoliilor de activitate, evaluarea acestora este dificila si intr-o masura considerabila, subiectiva Chiar portofoliile desvoltate conform unor criterii si standarde sunt greu de evaluat cu o acuratete si validitate acceptabile. Intrucat ofera un tablou larg si divers al activitatilor desfasurate, intereselor, competentelor si realizarilor individului, protofoliul ofera informatii pe care alte forme de evaluare nu le pot evidentia, astfel incat ramane o modalitate importanta de evaluare a performatnei profesionale.

Evaluarea protofoliilor de desvoltare profesionala trebuie facuta pe baza unui set de principii si criterii. Definirea si elaborarea acestora se face de organisme profesionale sau institutionale atunci cand scopul evaluarii este sumtaiv ( angajare, promovare, salarizare, etc.) prin negociere intre mentor si discipol cand scopul evaluarii este formativ (de a oferi feedback).

Criteriile de evaluare a performantei in desvoltarea profesionala trebuie elaborate plecand de la obiectivele invatarii si formulate in asa fel incat atingerea obiectivelor sa poata fi dovedita. Criteriile de evaluare a portofoliilor trebuie facute cunoscute atat autorului cat si examinatorului.


Construiti-va portofoliul de activitate pentru modulul clinic pe care il faceti in prezent. La finalul modulului, discutati impreuna cu asistentul D-voastra de grupa portofoliul de activitate realizat.
